To Add a Raster Graphic to the Template

From the References task, click Attach.

The Attach Raster Reference dialog opens.
In the dialog, turn on Place Interactively.
Select the image you want to import and click Open.
In the Raster Attachment Options dialog that opens, select the image and click Attach.
Click in the template window and size the block according to the size of the graphic.
The graphic is placed in the template.
(Optional) Move or adjust the image, as needed.
